Why is the size of the package I received not the same as the size of the product?

Because we ship disassembled, the size of the shipping box will be smaller than the actual size of the product.
Why is the product I received smaller than the actual size?

The outdoor roller shade measures 4' W x 6' L (48" W x 72" L). The width of the fittings is approximately 1.55" and the gap between the fittings and the fabric is 1.55", so the actual width of the shade fabric is approximately 44.9".
Did I receive the product assembled?

We apologize that we ship in parts for ease of shipping and protection, but assembly is easy if you follow our instructions!
Do I need to purchase additional installation parts?

We provide all mounting accessories, as well as manual instructions and video instructions.
Are these shades machine washable?

We recommend that you can use a damp cloth or a feather duster to clean your Roller Shade. Cleaning with sharp objects or washing in the washing machine may cause the Roller Shade to damage.
